I was in the store buying my groceries and they had a display of cheeses. Â These were Boars Head products with spice added. Â That works for Nate and me. Â I froze a second loaf of rustic crusty bread (see March 13th post for recipe) for just this moment. Â This bread grills so well. Â I have started using my heating plate that I can adjust the temperature on for my sandwiches.
Reicpe
Grilled Cheese with 3 Pepper Colby Jack Cheese:
- Slice 2 pieces of the rustic crusty spread and spread butter on both sides (I spread tab likes pieces all over the bread to get browning in different spots
- Slice cheese and place evenly all over the bread (I didn’t count but I believe there were 8 or so pieces)
- Spray grill with Pam and place sandwiches on grill. Â Grill for about 3 minutes until the desired browning is achieved
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Â Cover with a pot top to get the best melt of the cheese. Â
