I was making a totally Cajun meal and it was centered around Creole sauce.  It should work as a salad dressing right?  I love having the concepts and seeing them work in reality.  We know that we have a lot of ideas that do not ultimately translate when executed.  This one worked quite well.

I also lightened it up by using fat-free Greek yogurt.  The only negative about the Greek yogurt is the dressing does not emulsify real well.  Shake it really well right before you plan to serve it.Creole ranch 500 rot


  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of Creole Sauce
  • 4 tbsp non-fat Plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a jar big enough to shake really well.  I would encourage you to make it a couple hours before you plan to serve it to let the flavors merge more.  Enjoy!
