I was making a totally Cajun meal and it was centered around Creole sauce. It should work as a salad dressing right? I love having the concepts and seeing them work in reality. We know that we have a lot of ideas that do not ultimately translate when executed. This one worked quite well.
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of Creole Sauce
- 4 tbsp non-fat Plain Greek yogurt
- Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a jar big enough to shake really well. I would encourage you to make it a couple hours before you plan to serve it to let the flavors merge more. Enjoy!
